These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bluebot.blue and any services provided by BlueBot (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
BlueBot provides digital marketing and business solutions services, including but not limited to digital marketing strategy, website design and development, SEO, paid media/PPC, social media management, email marketing, online reputation management, photo and video production, custom CRM development, and AI solutions. The specific scope of services provided to you will be outlined in a separate service agreement, proposal, or order form.
Fees for services are due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments over 15 days overdue may result in suspension of services. Any advertising or media spend managed on your behalf is separate from our service fees and is billed or processed independently.
You agree to provide timely access to accounts, information, assets, and approvals reasonably necessary for us to perform the services. Delays in providing this access may impact project timelines and outcomes.
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as website content, custom CRM configurations, and marketing materials, except where third-party tools, platforms, licenses, or pre-existing BlueBot materials are used, which remain the property of their respective owners. BlueBot retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from BlueBot related to our services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Calls with BlueBot may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. By engaging in a call with us, you consent to this recording.
Digital marketing results, including but not limited to search rankings, traffic, leads, and sales, are influenced by factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or return on investment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueBot’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim. BlueBot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold BlueBot harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the notice period outlined above. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all fees incurred prior to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
